⚡ Ask Ciro (AI Assistant)
Ciro is the AI assistant built into FieldFuze. Ask about your business in plain language and it answers from your real data. Open it with the ⚡ bolt button — floating bottom-right on wide screens, or in the top bar on smaller ones.
What Ciro can do
- Answer questions about your data — jobs, schedule, customers, revenue, and hours. E.g. "What's on the schedule this week?", "How much revenue did we collect this month?", "Who is clocked in right now?"
- Surface insights — trends, comparisons, summaries, outliers.
- Recommend dispatch choices — who to assign, considering conflicts, time off, and proximity.
- Give field-service advice and help you use FieldFuze.
What Ciro can't do
- Ciro is read-only — it can't create, edit, schedule, assign, complete, cancel, delete, send, or pay anything. It recommends; you carry it out.
- Revenue & payment questions are answered only for owners and managers.
Beta — double-check important numbers
Ciro is beta and may occasionally be inaccurate; confirm important figures before acting.
Usage & limits
Limits keep it fast (about 30 questions per person per hour). Owners/managers see this month's usage under Organization Settings → Billing → Ciro Usage. You're not billed for Ciro during beta.
