Summit Ridge Roofing warrants all workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of completion against leaks caused by installation. If a workmanship leak occurs, we repair it at no cost to you — materials and labor included.
As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor — and a certified installer with CertainTeed and Malarkey — we register your manufacturer material and system warranty directly in your name. The Preferred Protection and Total Protection options carry Owens Corning-backed coverage that stays with the home and transfers to the next owner, giving you the strongest protection available on an asphalt roof.
This warranty is transferable and backed by a company that answers the phone. Keep this proposal and your completion packet together; they are everything you need to make a claim.
