TUCSON, Ariz., Sept. 3, 2026 — FieldFuze, the roofing business platform, today announced an integration with QXO, Inc. (NYSE: QXO), one of the largest distributors of roofing and exterior building products in North America, under an integration agreement signed in September 2026.

The integration connects FieldFuze directly to QXO’s catalog and ordering systems. Contractors with a QXO account can build an estimate in FieldFuze, see real-time QXO pricing on every line item, and place a material order to their local QXO branch in a single step. Orders are tied to the job they were created for, so estimates, material orders, invoices, and customer payments stay connected from measurement through final payment.

As part of the agreement, QXO account holders receive FieldFuze with no monthly subscription fee. For these contractors, FieldFuze earns revenue only through a flat 2.9% fee on the card and ACH payments a contractor collects from homeowners and commercial customers through the platform. The fee does not apply to materials purchased from QXO.

“Roofers already know their QXO branch. They shouldn’t have to leave the tool they run their business in to price a job or send an order to it. This integration puts the QXO catalog inside the estimate, so a contractor can go from a priced proposal to a material order in one place, and only pay us when the homeowner pays them.” — Jonathan Rose, CEO of FieldFuze

“The FieldFuze integration brings QXO’s digital capabilities directly into the contractor’s workflow, giving our mutual customers access to real-time pricing and material ordering within a platform they already use to manage their business,” said the Director of Digital Solutions and Commerce at QXO. “This type of connectivity represents the continued digital evolution of our industry, bringing estimating, pricing and ordering together in one streamlined experience that helps contractors work more efficiently and keep projects moving.”

“When a contractor prices a job in FieldFuze, they are seeing their own QXO pricing at their own branch, not a generic list price. The estimate and the material order are built from the same line items, so nothing gets retyped between quoting a job and ordering for it.” — James Mifflin, CFO of FieldFuze

The QXO integration is available now to FieldFuze customers with an active QXO account. Contractors can learn more at fieldfuze.com/qxo or qxo.com/fieldfuze.
