Built by Contractors,
for Contractors

FieldFuze was born out of the real-world frustrations of running and scaling a construction business. We built the tools we wished existed — then made them accessible to every contractor, starting with a free CRM.

How It All Started

Toricent Labs started like most contracting businesses — a crew, a truck, and a lot of hustle. But as we scaled, we ran into the same problems every contractor faces: scheduling chaos, dispatch headaches, invoicing delays, and too many spreadsheets holding the whole thing together.

We looked at the software options out there and found the same thing every contractor finds — platforms that charge hundreds of dollars per month, lock essential features behind paywalls, and nickel-and-dime you for every user on your team. It didn't sit right with us.

So we built FieldFuze. We started by solving our own problems — scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, GPS tracking, inventory — everything we needed to run our operation in one place. And it worked. Our business got more organized, more efficient, and more profitable.

Then we realized: if it worked for us, it could work for every contractor. So we made it available to everyone — starting with a free CRM, and affordable plans that grow with your business. No long-term contracts, no setup fees. Just the tools you need to run your business.

"If you grow, we grow. If you win, we win."

That's not just a tagline — it's the foundation of our business model. Our plans are designed so that as your operation scales, you get more powerful tools and lower processing rates. When your business grows, ours grows with it. That's a partnership, not just a subscription.
